Job summary
1) Assist in the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plans.
2) Oversee the development of all marketing collaterals.
3) Create content and manage social media accounts.
4) Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Area of responsibilities
1) Contribute ideas and assist in the planning of overall marketing plan.
2) Execute, coordinate, and track promotional activities, events, campaigns and public relations activities.
3) Manage advertisements including but not limited to out of home, social media and broadcast.
4) Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders to ensure selected profiles match our brand.
5) Manage influencers to ensure they meet the set requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
6) Conceptualise and at times design marketing collaterals.
7) Work closely with in-house designers or external agencies and monitor development of collaterals.
8) Write and proofread all marketing materials including but not limited to EDM, flyer/ brochure, press release and for website.
9) Plan social media content.
10) Manage social media accounts and where necessary, even outside working hours.
11) Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
a. External stakeholders include but not limited to local and overseas vendors, partners, sponsors, agencies
b. Internal stakeholders include but not limited to supporting our sales team and working with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery
12) Source and secure sponsorships.
13) Conduct competition research and market analysis.
14) Provide administrative support.
15) Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
16) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements (Permanent role)
1) 1 - 2 years of experience in the Marketing or its equivalent. Experience in a similar or related industry will be an added advantage.
2) Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills.
3) Possess good copywriting and content creation skills.
4) Highly organised and able to handle multiple challenging deadlines.
5) Has a keen attention to details.
6) Has strong work ethics and the desire to learn and develop skills to improve your work performance.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 8 30am - 5 45pm
Saturday: 8 30am - 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks), currently is Work From Home
