Generate export documentation to support shipments from the warehouse facility
Coordinate customer-organised pickups and provide updates as necessary

Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:

Experience with SAP system (training provided for the right candidate)

Telesales Executive 6042

Location: Dursley, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £26,000 - £32,000
Hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm

As a Telesales Executive, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and webchat. Your role will involve promptly and professionally addressing all inquiries, actively driving and expanding sales by reaching out to new and existing businesses, and attending face-to-face meetings both on and off – site.

Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Executive:

Engaging with customers over the phone, in person, via email, and live web chats.
Providing quotes.
Processing customer orders, including web orders.
Conducting product research and identification.

Our fantastic client is a leading provider of supply of coatings and application equipment to the manufacturing and fabrication industries. Due to thier continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse & FLT Driver:

Picking, packing, and dispatching a wide range of products from our Gloucester warehouse.
Assisting with deliveries to commercial locations in the local region.
Participating in quality control checks to ensure defect-free supply.
Optionally, becoming part of the production team, helping to plan, organize, coordinate, and control the dispatch of finished goods.
Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and other transport vehicles.
Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Skills of a Warehouse & FLT Driver:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum GCSE grades in Maths and English, with reasonable IT skills.

Location: Nailsworth
Hours: Full-Time 40 Hours
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE


Our client is a leading manufacturing company looking to expand their well-established workforce!

They have an exciting position for a Welder within the Production department to produce company products to the required standard and quality as defined by drawings, written instructions, and direction from the supervisor. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in TIG, MIG, and fabrication, with a focus on specialist welding of stainless steel and aluminium structures.


Key Responsibilities of a Welder:

Carry out finishing weld runs on fabricated assemblies.
Perform specialist TIG welding on stainless steel and/or aluminium structures, pipework, and components.
Execute purged back pipe welding on sch 10 stainless steel pipe to ASME IX standard.
Produce fabricated box and tubular structures in-line with BS9606 standards.
Conduct general MIG applications on mild steel structures.
Perform general fabrication and fettling work.
Ensure welding meets standard requirements, with scheduled test pieces examined by a third party.
Comply with company Health & Safety policies, ensuring personal and team safety.

Key Skills of a Welder:

Ability to read, understand, and produce work from general engineering drawings.
Experience using general engineering equipment.
Competency in monitoring throughput and identifying work requiring concessions or remedial attention.
Proficiency in Argon back purging on stainless steel pipework welding to ASME IX standard.
Ability to weld with and without jig and fixture arrangements.
