Job Responsibilities:

• Solicits new customer/products, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects
• Review M&E (Electrical) tender documents and drawing
• Material takes off, prepare bill of quantities and cost estimation
• Prepare technical data quotation and proposal to clients
• Attend to site visits/offices for contract negotiation
• Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval
• Analyzes reports which helps to increases sales revenue and achieve profitability
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by superior

Education Required:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering

Experience Required:

• Min 2 years in Electrical sector
• Working experience as Electrical QS is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office & Auto CAD

Competencies and Skills Required:

• Communication skills – Good listening skill, English speaking and in writing.
• Possess good negotiating skills, analytical and research skills
• Good knowledge of materials and construction at site;
• Possess good inter-personnel skill to interact with all levels

• Responsible for timely update of information
• Responsible for company Credit Rating Management by monitor the KPIs
• Responsible for monitoring outstanding debts and follow up of due and overdue payments from customers
• Responsible for Collection Strategy developed
• Responsible for update Credit Stop/Release
• Responsible for preparing Monthly Report
• Provision for Bad Debt and Bad Debt Written Off
• Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal
• Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower
• Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard
• Responsible to develop department process manual
• Responsible for compliance with Management Directive and Company policies

Job Requirement
