KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Uphold EVYD’s vision in all activities.
+ Provide leadership, direction and management for enterprise & investment-related matters, including research, development and education, fund management, as well as international partnerships.
+ Lead and develop EVYD as a globally recognized healthcare technology company.
+ Provide strategic direction and motivation to EVYD staff to achieve organizational goals.
+ Build audiences & communities through programs & activities.
+ Plan for the continual improvement of EVYD and its services, with the focus to develop strategies & action plans to collaborate with globally recognized institutions, expand footprints and geographies.
+ Develop & deliver, with support from other EVYD staff as required, a range of programs at EVYD for the global operation & development.
+ Plan and implement the development of EVYD’s long term goals & visions.
+ Engage the community in the activities of EVYD and foster support for EVYD.
+ Actively pursue opportunities to develop, maintain and enhance key partnerships with various stakeholders including the Board, Committees, of EVYD.
+ Represent EVYD at meetings and external engagement.
+ Works collaboratively with other department heads, such as production, business development and operations, to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
+ Maintain a deep knowledge of the industry.
+ Demonstrate positive and professional conduct at all times, and lead by example.

REQUIREMENTS

+ Previous senior C-level leadership in a large size organization is required
+ Solid experience in private equity investments (E.g. over US$1 billion)
+ Solid experience in healthcare technology, healthcare equipment or services
+ Management consulting experience will be an added advantage
+ In-depth knowledge of healthtech industry
+ Strong experience in leading teams across several countries, and guiding business strategy from concepts to implementation
+ Have a large and quality network, including trusted healthcare providers, insurance organizations, private equity & consultants
+ Hands-on experience with complex project management
+ Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
+ Excellent problem solver and attention to details
+ Ability to speak, read and write English & Chinese is required

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee the development of business proposals for new opportunities.

Product Development:

• Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Create detailed product roadmaps, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product milestones.

User Experience and Design:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product design and functionality.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends, measure product success, and inform future product decisions.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Research and analyze potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Project Management:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Specific Requirements:

Industry Knowledge:

• Experience in digital product management within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry/Commercial Insurance Industry etc.
• Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities, and the ability to develop products that address these needs.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial insurance sectors in Asia, especially China.
• Ability to design solutions tailored to the industry's stage and customer needs, ensuring commercial viability and value.

Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience working with development teams to build scalable and robust digital solutions.
• Experience in working with large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, and understanding their applications and limitations.

Customer-Centric Approach:

• Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.

Analytical Skills:

• Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and analyze product performance.
• Experience in A/B testing, user segmentation, and behavioral analysis.

Communication and Leadership:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Ability to do in Mandarin will be advantageous to communicate with internal stakeholders based overseas.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Team Management:

• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Experience in setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital products that achieve business goals.

• Deliver data and regular reports and enhance business strategies for churn, retention, and uptake.

• Support the management of data effectively to achieve project goals and enhance engagement with all stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a robust health data system for use in medical contexts, optimizing the functionality of health products with advanced big data infrastructure.
• Engage in the establishment and upkeep of data warehouses. Catalog and strategize data resources based on operational needs, creating a comprehensive data asset framework to assure quality and security, and facilitate the seamless exchange and use of data.
• Construct and maintain a reliable data pipeline. Oversee the integrity and governance of both offline and real-time data throughout processing stages.
• Collaborate in the research and creation of data-driven products and applications, building a repository of data strategies and methodologies. Work alongside teams from operations, product development, and medical education to unlock the potential of data in driving business objectives.
• Mentor and provide professional development for junior and intermediate data R&D engineers by conducting training sessions, performing code reviews, and employing other methods to enhance the team's overall skill set.

• Acquainted with big data analysis engines like Kylin, Clickhouse, and Presto.
• Familiar with the implementation or data integration of international mainstream electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications:

• Holds a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in big data, previous experience in health tech or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Well-versed in medical data standards and models, such as FHIR and OMOP.
