As Director, Business Development (AdTech) - SEA, you will be responsible for driving client growth in the region and implementing the sales strategy for acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s AdTech business. You will have an enviable array of cutting edge digital solutions with which to win clients, powered by the leading digital Identifier Epsilon COREID. What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Pipeline & Execution: Lead the full sales cycle for Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions, Yieldify, and Retail Media solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to align Epsilon’s solutions with the client's business objectives.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new contracts and ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with Client Services, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Market Penetration & Growth: Secure high-value clients and drive significant revenue growth by penetrating new markets in SEA and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Consultative Sales & Negotiation: Apply business acumen to understand client needs, market trends, and offer consultative solutions. Negotiate and close contracts with key decision-makers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage relationships with senior stakeholders (CMOs/CIOs) to drive account penetration and provide tailored solutions.
- Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate internal resources to prepare and deliver solutions that align with client objectives. Act as the voice of the client across the organization to champion Epsilon’s products and solutions.
- Product & Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Epsilon’s products and services, effectively communicating their value to stakeholders. Use your knowledge of digital media, technology platforms, and data solutions to drive new client acquisition and retention.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Leadership & Revenue Achievement: Over 15 years of leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, particularly in AdTech and MarTech
- Proven Deal-Closing Abilities: Demonstrated success in closing large media sales, AdTech or MarTech deals through strategic planning, focus, and drive
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Media/Advertising sales landscape in Southeast Asia, with significant experience in AdTech and Retail Media in the region
- Client Management & Consultative Sales: Expertise in managing client relationships, particularly in ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency environments. Proficiency in consultative sales and solution selling approaches
- Strategic Planning & Analytics: Strong strategic planning skills with a solid quantitative background. Ability to leverage analytics to inform sales strategies
- Negotiation & Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, marketing technology, and data solutions. Proven ability to use this expertise to drive business development and client acquisition
- Industry Network & Collaboration: Strong network within the industry, with a history of collaborating with executives from advertising agencies and various verticals. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive strategy and secure new client logos
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to inform sales strategies
