We are looking for a Regional Service Manager - West Zone to join our dynamic team!

Preferred location:  Office-based (hybrid) in San Jose, CA or Henderson, NV office.

What you’ll do at Elekta:

As a Regional Service Manager, you must be customer focused and be able to manage the regional service business in the assigned geographical region.  This position warrants the highest level of professional representation between the customer and the Company in all aspects of customer relations.  It also requires support of projects, programs, and policies established by the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Be the interface for all communication both to and from the field.
• Transaction management, support of sales and service sales.

• Own the customer experience by supporting team to enhance service delivery.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service.

Shareholders:

• Ensure Operations are able to meet quality certification standards, manage the installed base, and manage customer expectations, through routine works and escalations; direct the preparation and maintenance of quality and safety certifications.
• Ensure the highest technical, operational and financial performance, installation projects, equipment services and maintenance, upgrades and updates of medical equipment according technical specification.
• Assess resource development and training needs and execute required manpower planning and calculation related to installed base development and budget frame in coordination with respective RSMs.

We are looking for a Healthcare Account Director to join our team!

Preferred location:  REMOTE/Based in Ohio Valley area.

What you’ll do at Elekta:

The Healthcare Account Directors will be the single face to the customer for Elekta in their territory responsible for fully managing the customer, true account management. They will be responsible for selling all Elekta products, point of sale service, managing the total selling process including calling in the correct Elekta Sales Specialists for support during the selling process. The Healthcare Account Directors will also provide support and assistance to the other Elekta functions to support customer interactions with product delivery, installation, customer service support, and ensuring customer acceptances are signed and customer payments are made according to the sales contract.

The Healthcare Account Director will report directly to the Zone VP and shall work closely with the Zone to ensure achievement of Zone budget, goals and objectives. The Healthcare Account Director’s primary responsibility is to protect, develop, and sell all Elekta products and POS into both the Elekta existing customer base as well as identify and locate new sales opportunities into non Elekta accounts and penetrate competitive sites. The Healthcare Account Director must sell and manage the sales of the entire Elekta portfolio within the assigned territory. The Healthcare Account Director shall provide regular and ongoing territory management of existing customers as well as developing new leads for after-market and new socket opportunities. This includes performing sales presentations, quotes and proposals and attend local, Zone and national exhibits and trade shows as necessary.

The Healthcare Account Director is expected to be knowledgeable of the Elekta solutions portfolio so as to be able to nurture the existing installed base, while evaluating and determining their current usage of Elekta solutions. In addition, the Healthcare Account Director will develop plans for expansion of the total Elekta solution while assisting the customer in becoming more proficient and reliant on the Elekta solution. Finally, The Healthcare Account Director’s will follow the Elekta Sales Methodology and be compliant in the use of the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, including maintaining CLM opportunity details for use in monthly forecast calls.

Responsibilities:

• Be the full account manager and fully manage the selling process through customer acceptance process by closely working with all Elekta functions and Specialists. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of specialists.

• Develop a targeted customer/opportunity list, manage sales interactions, and participate in forecasts & book and bill activities while actively promoting, presenting and demonstrating company solutions to customers and prospects.

• Annual plan for market share growth in the territory, with quarterly updates.

• Ensures that ALL customers, potential customers and leads within the assigned territory are routinely followed/ “touched” in a meaningful way as to develop after sales, and new socket opportunities

• Documents ALL activity in the CLM in a timely and accurate manner to support pipeline development and forecast reporting, as well as accurate client asset record for targeted campaigns.

• Meets or exceeds unit/volume sales and appropriate product mix in the most profitable way as established though order and revenue goals by finance and senior management.

• Efficiently utilizes travel and entertainment expenses to ensure the attainment of maximum coverage with minimum expense.

• Adheres and promotes the Elekta Sales Methodology, Elekta Business Governance principles, Elekta Values and the Elekta Sales Policy for the region.

• Actively participates in providing prompt input for monthly, quarterly and annual long term planning meetings as directed by the Zone Manager

• Coordinates and facilitates communication as necessary between the customer and prospect around order management, contracting, accounting and marketing questions.

• Sets strong, unambiguous upfront understandings with the customer before any presentation or meeting and ensures there is good background understanding of any customer issues (i.e. up to date M&S, ongoing Service issues, etc.)

• Documents and communicates all travel plans and customer interactions with the Zone Manager

• Meets routinely with the installed customer base to increase their level of utilization and acquisition of additional solutions across the Elekta portfolio.

• Develops strong understanding of the client’s vision for their organization via “Bonding & Rapport” and “Pain” funnels to mutually assist the customer in realizing how the Elekta portfolio enhances that vision.

• Ensures each customer is aware of upcoming upgrades across all products and how these upgrades will benefit their organization through the use of an account management plan that is regularly updated.

• Works with the Zone Manager to develop a matrix to gauge the success of the territory (i.e. pipeline development, orders in contract, won orders, accurate and timely documentation of sales behavior and activity in the CLM).

• Promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and potential customers where the mix between existing orders and new sockets is in line with business and budget objectives as set forth by senior management.

• Familiarizes established accounts with new products, services and developments (market penetration).

• Demonstrates new products and services offerings and assist in the selection of those best suited to customer’s needs.

• Maintains a professional working relationship with Service, Marketing, Product Management and Contract Administration to ensure the daily needs of our customers are being addressed by the proper resource.

• Generates quotes when necessary and works with the customer to finalize decisions.

• Provides immediate follow with all customers following an upgrade of any Elekta product or service.

• Communicates with Service, based on established “chain of command” protocols, to ensure any service issues are handled appropriately.

• Submits monthly reports detailing activities, sales, volumes and expenses as requested.

• Investigates and expedites any suggestions and complaints in accordance with company policies, procedures and quality system.

• Conducts follow-up sales calls to all accounts to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during the engagement.

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by sales management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s University degree in business, marketing or healthcare related field, MBA or Master’s degree preferred

- At least 5 years of direct sales experience, preference for experience in the Radiation Oncology equipment field

-Solid knowledge of and experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably from an Oncology specific business.

• Proven strength in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships.

What you’ll do at Elekta:

​ The Marketing Ops & Experience Project Specialist will work across multiple functional teams to create, drive, and execute internal teammate communication, experience planning activities, and engagement across all Elekta’s internal & external experiences. This position is responsible for the execution of tactical tasks, strategic initiatives, and short-term and long-term project plans that support the integrity/consistency of Elekta’s brand and Experience expectations. This position will work very closely with the Regional & Central Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Ops, Sales functions, and other teams to ensure a 360-degree understanding and modeling of Elekta’s experiences, products, and goals to internal and external customers. The function will be responsible for reporting out data & analytics that tell the story of ROI for all customer engagement within Elekta using internal and external channels.

The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing Excellence and Operations and focus on driving the marketing project plans and associated activities for both internal & external Experiences.

You will be involved with a range of projects that focus on elevating the importance of high-quality internal & external Experiences. You will support the RAM Marketing team in delivering high-quality, process-guided physical and digital experiences and high-impact experiences for our external and internal customers. Responsibilities - The role of Marketing Ops & Experience Project Manager is to provide support to the Director, Marketing Excellence, and Operations, and the wider Marketing team, as and when required. This will include (but not limited to):

Program Management-

• Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, RACI, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Ensure all deliverables are met for both parties in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Work safely in confined areas, including high current/ high voltages modulators (20- 50 kV, 1500A), and use peripheral vision to gauge distances. The confined areas have potential hand/arm ‘traps.’ Depth perception is critical.

• Work safely on Elekta’s full range of products including medical devices producing high-energy ionizing radiation.

• Read, analyze, interpret, and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Submit timely and accurately; service reports, timesheets, expense reports, film badges and other paperwork as assigned.

• Parts inventory management.

What you’ll do at Elekta:

Elekta produces state-of-the-art high tech medical equipment including medical Linear Accelerators for the treatment of cancer and the Gamma Knife, the Gold Standard for the treatment of neurological disorders using ionizing radiation, and Treatment Planning Systems.

These technologies encompass many aspects of engineering, from high-power RF systems, electronics, mechanical systems, vacuum systems, control systems, software and networking environments.

The Field Service Engineer must be customer focused and able to perform all mechanical and electronic repairs required in a timely fashion while meeting all required administrative requirements.  This position warrants the highest level of professional representation between the customer and the company in all aspects of the customer relations.  It also warrants the undivided support of projects, programs, and policies established by the company.

Responsibilities

• Able to complete all Technician Responsibilities with 100% accuracy.

• Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality with an 80% success rate of diagnosing the problem while working within the escalation procedure.

• Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality and secondary modality.

• Perform installations with assistance, on designated and secondary modality.

As the  VP & Head of Software Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and adapting the strategic direction and success of our software solutions for Region Americas. Responsibilities -

Strategic Leadership:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explain the process, resources, and steps necessary to complete a successful upgrade.
• Answer questions, provide expertise, and keep the customer informed throughout the upgrade process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Managers are responsible for the development, coordination and completion of assigned software implementations/projects. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the client when planning and implementing Elekta software solutions. Responsibilities:

• Support and further customer implementations of their assigned Elekta products as per established procedures, as well as document and communicate the status of such implementations and constantly seek ways to improve processes and documentation.
• Oversee and take charge of customer implementations by providing guidance and support to customers as necessary with the aim of effecting a timely and successful implementation of devices and software and providing a single point contact to the customer.
• The project manager is responsible for the revenue of each project.
• Exercise his/her influence with the customer to drive the project, without sacrificing the quality of the implementation.
• Maintain awareness of all preorders within his/her territory and communicate those opportunities to the manager of Project Management on a weekly basis.
• Maintain the central documentation database to manage and communicate progress on pending implementations.
• Maintain CLM and ERP with individual site details.
• Communicate the status of implementations to Site Coordinator, Order Administration, Installation and Application teams. 
• Also establish/maintain communication with Sales for leads and opportunities.
• Analyze upcoming installations in terms of product mix and revenue to help prioritize scheduling.
• Implement modifications to process/documentation to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Review and contribute to product-specific engineering documentation.
• Generate, edit, maintain product-specific documentation and distribute as part of implementation and process (e.g., Checklists, feature notes, technical references, interface specifications, help files, etc.)
• Generate or assist in the generation of proposals which outline ELEKTA’s standard implementation process or propose alternative solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Update ERP and CLM systems with the project planning data to allow forecasting of revenue.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing software implementation projects and or medical equipment projects.
• Minimum BS or BA Degree or equivalent experience.
