Responsibilities:

• To liaise with SME/EPD specialist to list down the routine maintenance tasks to be performed by service reps in the field
• Prepare material and tools that required to perform these tasks in a safe warehouse environment
• The 3D will be power up in the warehouse for demo purpose
• For each of the task, provide the task objective, simple description of steps and validation actions
• Plan a video recording to capture the steps to complete the task on the demo 3D trasar unit, estimated 10-15mins per video
• Insert commentary and editing
• Compile and consolidate these videos as tutorial package as training material

• Engineering in any discipline, digital savy, willingness to learn; not shy of video & voice recording and editing function using mobile app ie imovie

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the team to evaluate health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following legal guidelines
• Assist to monitor EHS performance, manage EHS auditing/certifications and assurance programs and track, review and take necessary actions to drive continual EHS improvement
• Conduct accident prevention training and health and safety training
• Inspect equipment for unsafe workplace conditions
• Involve in investigating accidents and incidents to find cause and take prevention measures for further incidents
• Suggest solutions, improvements and preventive action for safety issues

Responsibilities:

• improve EPD’s work flow and productivity by creating a database of drawings and costing for Nalco Water Singapore standard equipment.
• Using Autocad to create engineering drawing for standard products and to make enquiry with vendors for the cost of the equipment, and then consolidating the quotation to shared folder and excel sheet.
• project planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
• The intern will take the role as the project manager to manage and close the project within the fixed budget and timeline.

Learning Outcomes:

Intern will be able to pick up the project management experience for water treatment system and chemical dosing system and understand the project lifecycle. He/she will also gain experience on how to design a water treatment system. In addition, the intern will also be able to learn and apply their drafting skills on actual project. Lastly, the intern will learn how to work with a team and also with various stakeholders such as contractor, vendor and other colleagues in the company.
