As a Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in the company’s mission to reach for the best print media services.
This exciting opportunity places you at the forefront of maintaining and developing the visual identity of the company and its clients. Keeping their mission and values at the heart of what you do, you will help shape their Print Media needs.
As Graphic Designer you will be required to work full time 5 days a week. As a part of the marketing’s team member, you will bring company’s creativity, excellence, and a hands-on approach to every project. Your self-motivation and collaborative spirit will be crucial in delivering high-quality designs and sourcing the best imagery to represent client brands.
The Graphic Designer will craft compelling and on-brand visuals - everything from eye-catching print, such as brochures and flyers, to digital collateral including social media content. You will be comfortable working with external design agencies and printers.
You’ll be a creative thinker who is passionate about using your design skills to connect with audiences and generate interest. Strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and a keen interest in their work are essential.
With a minimum of three years' experience, you'll bring a genuine interest in the company’s mission.
What You'll Do as the Graphic Designer
• Develop captivating design concepts and artwork
• Be the brand guardian, ensuring all graphics adhere to brand guidelines
• Lead the charge in multimedia development, from impactful videos to photography shoots and sourcing imagery
• Manage their Design Hub, creative asset libraries, and image library
• Meet clients to identify their needs and liaise regularly with them draw up detailed website specifications.
• Design sample page layouts including font, text size and colours
• Design graphics, animations and manipulate digital photographs
• Register web domain names and organize the hosting of the website
• Present initial design ideas to clients
• Carry out coding using a variety of software as and when required
• Work with different content management systems
• Meet relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy
• Design the website's visual imagery and ensure it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client
• Proofread content and make changes where necessary
• Edit content, debug code and re-design web pages
• Liaise with outside agencies
• Website Testing to ensure it's working
Hours
A flexible, blended approach to home and office working is in place for the team, but you must be willing and able to travel to client offices locally and internationally as and when required.
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 however, flexible work requests can be assigned as per nature of the projects.
