Roles and Responsibilities:
● Sales
○ Assist with inbound enquiries and to be a part of the full sales process while working under the mentorship of the Department Head.
○ Proactively undertake proposal discussions and pitch decks for prospective clients
○ Assist the Sales Manager during Sales meetings - with future growth plans to handle sales accounts by him/herself
○ Attend networking events to source for additional sales opportunities
○ General Sales Administrative duties
● Events
○ Manage event conceptualization and production projects
○ Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure positive event experience and smooth flow of event rundown
○ Ensure clear communication in overall event timeline, deliverables, and resourcing needs.
○ Proactively assist and/or independently take charge of various event milestones set by the project team.
○ Able to provide troubleshooting for simple technical issues
○ Able to think on the spot during crunch times or during stressful situations
○ Provide onsite support for hybrid and physical events
Preferred Requirements Preferred, not a must:
● Minimally Diploma in (Mass) Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
● Experience in events production and/or management, with an interest in taking on sales and business development roles is a plus
● Strong communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
○ Internal stakeholders and cross department liaisons, Vendor/Supplier Management
○ External stakeholders such as Clients and Client Partners
● Strong Creative thinking to find new strategies for Client Adoption
● Strong capability in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
● Proficient in virtual event softwares (Zoom, OBS, Etc)
● Experience in Technical Production (Lighting, Sounds, Set-up will be strongly preferred)
● Adherence to deadlines and an efficient multi-tasker
● Enthusiastic Willingness to learn and grow within themselves and in the company
● Resourcefulness in all work aspects to find the solution between problems
● Knowledge in Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, E-Sports is a plus
