Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist and support operations team in creating and maintaining daily bus schedules
· Coordinate and manage bus drivers to ensure they meet their required performance standards
· Keep detailed records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
· Liaise and follow-up with customers to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
· Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed service standards
· Build relationship with customers
· Support with daily administrative work
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to speak with both English and Chinese speaking drivers)
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
· Proactive, independent, meticulous and organised
· Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
· Familiar with Singapore roads
· Class 3 driving license required
