1.Preparing curriculum and materials needed apart from standard books

4. Accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance

5. Working with other colleagues for group performances

Minimum qualifications:

ABRSM / Trinity / LCM / Rockschool Grade 8 or equivalent / Diploma in Music

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated basketball coach to join our team at Dempsey Academy. As a coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and training to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. Your primary role will involve

• planning and conducting basketball training sessions
• focusing on skill development, game strategies, and overall player improvement.
• work closely with players to assess their strengths and areas for improvement, tailor training programs to meet their needs, and motivate them to achieve their goals.
• foster a positive and inclusive environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game of basketball

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a basketball player and coach, with a strong understanding of basketball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate players of all ages and backgrounds.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, adapting to the needs and skill levels of individual players.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to helping players reach their full potential on and off the court.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage training schedules, track player progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Relevant coaching certifications / competition experience and qualifications preferred.
