The Senior Technician/Technician – Centre Management System Support is responsible for ensuring all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities, and essential services are available daily to support daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS), creating a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Startup & Shutdown of Facilities, Exhibits, Attractions & Projection Systems.

• Support CEO’s office in organising and engaging stakeholders at DCS events (launches, official visits, learning journeys)
• Other duties as assigned by Director/Deputy CEO/ CEO

Requirements:

• Degree in Arts and Social Sciences; Business Mgt or other relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in arts & culture or National Education/Total Defence-related agencies;
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, event & project management, analytical and facilitation skills;
• Motivated team player and able to work flexible hours when required;
• Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good knowledge and application of MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
• Experience in using data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage; and
• Passion in Singapore Story and National Education & interest in current affairs
