We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Mobility ) to work on deployment and enhancements projects with clients mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in common MDM and UEM solutions, enabling seamless deployment, configuration, and management of end-user devices across various platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device management while enhancing user productivity and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

Device Management and Configuration

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune platforms to manage end-user devices (mobile, laptops, desktops, and tablets).
• Develop and deploy device provisioning profiles, policies, and configuration settings for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.
• Perform bulk device enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy configuration.

Application and Patch Management

• Manage application distribution, updates, and removal using MDM tools.
• Perform regular patch management to ensure devices remain secure and up-to-date with the latest OS and application versions.
• Test and deploy critical security updates across managed devices to minimize vulnerabilities.

Server Setup/ Upgrade ( Non MDM related )

• Deploy, configure and update Windows Servers .
• Apply updates, patches and configuration changes to on-prem or cloud systems
• Assist in any related system projects that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Workspace One UEM and/or Intune (Endpoint Manager)

• Familiarity with Active Directory Azure AD

• Proficiency with Managing End-user Devices especially Windows Devices

• Knowledge of scripting languages ( eg. Powershell)

• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms is required

Roles & Responsibilities

On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting assistance for NetBackup solutions.

Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain NetBackup software and related components in client environments.

Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to backup and recovery processes, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.

Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, implement optimizations, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.

Training: Provide training to end-users and client IT staff on NetBackup best practices and usage.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, vendors, and internal teams to address complex technical challenges.

Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute NetBackup software upgrades, patches, and updates as needed.

Security Compliance: Ensure that NetBackup environments adhere to security policies and standards.

L2 Level Responsibilities: Handle more complex technical issues escalated from L1 support. Perform advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance tasks.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with NetBackup services.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience as a NetBackup Engineer or in a similar role with expertise in backup and recovery solutions.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in NetBackup or related technologies are often preferred.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Veritas NetBackup software and its components.

Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes.

Familiarity with storage technologies and data management.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues.

Good Understanding of Data Protection , Disaster Recover and Business Continuity

Roles & Responsibilities

The Storage Engineer must be a certified Storage (SAN) and Backup Administrator in administration and troubleshooting, in a 24x7 enterprise setting (inclusive of manual discovery or post actions from automatic alerts). The Engineer will be expected to cover level 2 and level 3 storage related problems and must be an experienced administrator in the following technologies:

IBM V3700 and V7000

EMC unity or EMC VNX

NETAPP storage

HP Nimble or any Dell storages

Hitachi storage

EMC Isilon or any NAS product

Cisco or Brocade san switches

NETBACKUP or Veeam

IBM tape libraries

Responsibilities:

Provide Installation, administration and maintenance support for Storage Area Network and Enterprise Backup.

Health check and monitoring of the storage devices.

Integrate the storage solution’s hardware and software into the customer’s operating environment and ensure full interoperability.

Regularly update the firmware.

Ensure comprehensive documentation of the storage solution is in place.

Prepare test plan in consultation with the customer to ensure the solution can function fully. Enterprise Backup.

Administration and management of Symantec backup environment.

Backup job configuration and scheduling.

Backup server performance tuning.

Troubleshoot any backup related.

Capacity planning for tape libraries and backup servers.

Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) for all the critical systems and ensure successful rebuilt of Production or DR servers after each DR should the need arise.

Manage and monitor multiple storage subsystem.

Manage disk partitioning.

LUN assignments (create, modify or delete LUN of various sizes).

Creation and management of Zones.

Manage the storage capacity and utilization.

Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning.

Define and configure security within the storage subsystem.

Maintaining or troubleshooting the zones and switch related issues.

Requirements:

Recognized Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other equivalent university degree.

At least 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Backup Solutions and Storage Area Network.

Experience in power cycling the storage devices and upgrading the san switches.

Working experience on storage replication is good to have.

Experience data centre shutdown activities.

Experience in DR exercises.

Good understanding of a services business in a high-tech environment from a supplier, integrator or operator’s perspective.

Demonstrated leadership ability and achievement oriented.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with ability to provide quick resolution to problems.

Effective verbal and written communication skills .

Roles & Responsibilities

Based in the Group Customer Analytics & Decisioning team, you will be responsible for developing & optimizing CFS related data pipelines & architecture

Create and maintain the optimal data pipeline to enable ingestion from a wide variety of structured and unstructured data sources

Responsible for UAT execution with a focus on strategic testing processes and procedures to ensure that business standards and specifications are met

Support various business functions by collaborating with multiple stakeholders – business, IT, and vendors independently

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and cleansing/transformation
