• In-charge of submission and review of documentation

• To prepare cost estimation, budget & control & to check sub- contractor’s progress claim

• To plan manpower, tools and materials for the work

• Ensuring project meet deadlines

• Coordination of structural works during construction process

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure work progression is on schedule

• To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.

• To ensure the project team complies with safety regulation

Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of project.

· Has experience with carpentry work.

· Able to understand RC structural drawing, specification and calculate the costing

· Able to lead a team of workers

· Ensure smooth progress of site work.

· Assessing and managing safety hazards.

· Completing records for site reports.

· Attending site management meetings.

· Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.

· To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

· Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works.

· Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

· Min 10 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required

. Able to speak in Mandarin and simple Bengali as he need to communicate with Chinese and Bangladeshi workers

Minimum 10 years previous work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an RC structural work in the construction field

- At least 3 years experienced in LTA Projects

- Bar Bending schedule (BBS)

- Liaise with the Main Contractor on Project issues (including replying all email correspondences)

- Supervise and lead a team of 100 workers for more to perform on site works

- Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin as he need to communicate with our Chinese, Indian, Bangladeshi and Myanmar workers.

- Able to interact with all levels of staff. Might need to stay at the project dormitory with the group if required.

- Able to adapt and work in irregular working hours, overtime and be on standby as and when required

- Able to work on Sun or Public Holiday

- Ability to work well under pressure.
