Store Supervisor Intersport Alice Springs
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences at Intersport.
You will be required to over see the daily functioning of the buinsess - some of which are listed below
Manage the store’s task board, monthly rosters, customer orders, inquiries, product holds, and laybys.
Oversee stock replenishment, store supplies, and daily task guides.
Conduct morning meetings to allocate tasks and review priorities.
Staff
Supervise and train staff on service standards, challenging customer interactions, and sales procedures.
Ensure headset usage and adherence to policies during shifts.
Social Media & Online
Manage daily social media stories.
Organize store emails, resolve online sales issues, and maintain email orderliness.
Presentation & Stock
Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and merchandising standards.
Monitor and notify buyers about stock needs.
Conduct RFID stocktakes and ensure correct pricing and campaigns.
Training
Oversee new and ongoing staff training for processes, campaigns, and security procedures.
Daily Guidelines
Arrive early to assess tasks, review rosters, and prioritize cleaning and recovery.
Allocate and supervise tasks while ensuring customer focus remains the priority.
Conclude the day with recovery and preparation for the next trade day.
