BumbleBee Education are currently recruiting for Carers to work in a school.
We carefully select our staff not only by qualification, but also by aptitude for the job. We look for high calibre Carers who are sensitive, nurturing, kind, compassionate, and who has a genuine enthusiasm and love for children.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 4pm. Monday to Friday.
Duties:
-Facilitate learning by performing activities in groups or on a 1:1 basis with SEN pupils.
-Assisting students with personal care such as feeding and going to the toilet.
-Keep records of student progress.
-Prepare and distribute lesson materials.
-Aid the teacher with daily classroom duties.
-Be an active and engaging member of the staff team.
-Support diversity, equality and inclusion.
Requirements:
-Experience working within social care or the education industry is preferred.
-Fluent written & spoken English.
-A flexible approach.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-An ability to work in partnership with other staff members.
-Prepared to complete a DBS check (if you do not own a current one that is registered to the update service) and provide referee details from past employers.
-A naturally warm and nurturing attitude towards children & their sensitive needs.
