About the Role:
This pivotal position supports smooth patient flow through the hospital, ensuring high-quality administrative and customer service. If you're passionate about organisation, efficiency, and delivering excellent patient care, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient activity and provide support for patients and visitors.
- Professionally meet and greet patients, ensuring information is accurately recorded in the Lorenzo system.
- Assist with patient flow, including booking hospital transport when necessary.
- Relay vital information to the Senior Patient Flow Facilitator to avoid discharge delays.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in IT systems (e.g., Tomcat, Lorenzo, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional customer care and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication to convey sensitive information effectively.
