I am currently working with a national provider of mental health and substance misuse. Joining their close-knit team, you will take a proactive approach to substance misuse recovery. You will manage a team and service co-located within a multi-disciplinary team within NHS Secure Community Services.

• Undertake case-readiness assessment and progress the case to the next phase, and providing information to allow users to understand what the next stage is and what they can expect next

Update the CRM system so details do not have to be repeated to a different CTSC Support Officer
• Read relevant Knowledge articles to maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of processes and systems, to be able to provide users with the right information, when they need it with no delay or confusion
• Proactively engage with HMCTS workforce planning / shift allocation tools to ensure business requirements are being met

Admissions into and transfers between properties; including issuing of Licence & Support agreements, key handover and inducting occupant into the new premises

My client has a new opportunity for a Production and Materials Co-ordinator to join the UK Production Team. This initial support role will progress in time as your experience develops to become a key member of the team taking on additional duties and responsibilities. You will be working alongside the Production Manager and other members of the production teams as you will need to liaise with these to fulfil your duties.

Key tasks and responsibilities
