We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Accounting Staff. This role will involve a combination of administrative and accounting duties to support the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents

- Assist with accounting tasks including processing invoices, tax preparation and compliance, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Experience in both administrative and accounting roles would be prioritized

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative carbon technology solutions that align with our mission to support the entire industrial chain in achieving carbon neutrality. You will work closely with our R&D team, clients, and stakeholders to design, refine, and implement technical solutions that reduce carbon footprints and promote sustainable practices.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Chauffeur to provide safe, and reliable transportation services for the CEO and our clients. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to safety, punctuality, confidentiality, and maintaining a well-kept vehicle. Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the client's values and preferences.

Job Descriptions

• Provide personal chauffeur services to safely and efficiently transport the CEO and clients to various destinations such as appointments, meetings, social events, and personal engagements. Coordinate closely with the client's personal assistant or scheduler to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Ensure passengers' comfort and safety as top priority.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality on President and clients' schedules; not to divulge any hearsay or passengers' communication during the course of duties.
• Upkeep the cleanliness, hygiene and excellent maintenance of the car at all times. Maintain checking habit before providing any service.
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure good looking condition such as refuelling, tire pressure checks, and vehicle cleaning.
• Assist to run errands and/or any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Keep track of mileage and maintain accurate records of trips and expenses.
• Plan and organise travel routes, considering traffic conditions and alternate options to optimise travel time.
• Assist with carrying luggage, packages, and personal belongings as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any concerns or requests from the client and their family.

Job Requirements

• Possess valid Class 3 driver's license.
• Strong command of Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Clean driving record with safe driving habits, preferably with 3-5 years of personal chauffeur/driver experience in Singapore.
• Demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills and good customer service skills. Responsible, punctual, proactive and reliable.
• Clean criminal record, with no history of convictions or pending charges.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
• Check mobile phone messages on Vehicle booking alerts, the Authority’s vehicles booking system and emails for details of the assignments. Respond to the phone messages and calls from the Authority’s staff relating to the assignments. Communicate promptly to the staff who booked the Vehicles, the intended passenger(s), and/ or the Authority’s point of contact regarding the assignments whenever necessary.
• First aid and defensive driving certifications are advantageous.
