The Operations Team Associate is part of the operations team that performs merchandise processing duties to support the merchandising function of the store. The Operations Team Associate position is non-exempt, and schedules include nights and occasionally weekends.

• Receiving: Performs the process of unloading and sorting merchandise cartons received on trailers. Moves new merchandise to the appropriate processing drop zone in a safe and timely manner utilizing equipment such as rolling flats, carts and z-racks.

The Store Receiving and Maintenance associate is responsible all aspects of facility maintenance, unloading trailers, processing and moving merchandise to the appropriate area on the sales floor. The Store Maintenance Associate position is non-exempt.

• Maintain cleanliness of the store. To include:

• Vacuuming/sweeping, cleaning up all glass, collecting trash and rubbish, spot clean carpets when needed and wax tile floors

• Replace store and maintenance supplies. Restock bags at wrap stands. Replace interior and exterior lights when needed

• Maintain cleanliness of associate lounge

• Provide customer service as needed

• Assist in correcting situations which could be harmful to customers and/or associates (i.e. spills, broken glass, icy sidewalks, etc.)

• Merchandise Processing

• Unpacks merchandise correctly in accordance with store policy and goals (27 cph)

• Attaches sensor tags in proper area and in areas not damaging to merchandise, as directed by the store manager for all merchandise at a price point of $ and higher

• Delivers merchandise to appropriate departments and returns carts to docks

• Performs hanger pickups from each register stand

• Ensures all merchandise is placed on sales floor by store opening

• General Policies

• Report all suspected theft and unusual activities according to the security guidelines for the store

• Observe security and safety regulations by keeping traffic aisles clear

• Attend all store meetings and training sessions as scheduled

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance in compliance with the current dress code

• Assist in initial training of new associates when requested and assigned by supervisor

The Omni/Ops Team Lead is responsible for managing the store fulfillment process and leading the store omni/operations team. They are accountable for achieving program targets through the development of their team and establishing strong partnerships throughout the store. The Omni/Ops Team Lead position is NON-exempt (it is an hourly position.)

• Pick orders by locating merchandise within the store in a timely manner

• Pack items in accordance with published standards and deadlines

• Ship customer orders in a timely manner by prioritizing orders based on requested delivery option

• Responsible for operational duties including, but not limited to, monitoring and requesting supplies, maintaining accurate records, and maintaining/cleaning the store fulfillment area

• Ability to work at a fast pace, collaborate, and perform duties as requested by management
