Job Description:
· Attend to customer and deliver excellent customer service, including giving advice to customers on how to mix & match their outfits and accessories.
· Planning and implementing strategies to achieve sales target
· Drive sales team performances through leading, training and disciplining team
· Monitoring. planning, managing and coaching team’s performance and results
· Track the progress of weekly and monthly objectives.
· Manage full spectrum of retail operation and maintain smooth store operations
· Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
· Perform and complete all duties as required
