• Prepare material weekly inventory.
• Prepare label that will use in the production.
• Prepare overtime and leave form of the production personnel and submit to HR department.
• File production related document like part samples, sample approval form and injection molding parameter data to the filing cabinet.
• Withdraw production office supplies every week in the administration office.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and safety rules and regulations.
• Implement 5S and good housekeeping in the production area.
• Performs other tasks assigned by his supervisor to achieve department objective.

Requirements:

• At least secondary level can write and speak simple English.
• At least 6 months experience in clerical works.
• With basic knowledge in computer MS office.

Operate assembly machine

• Carry out task delegated to them related to production assembly processes

• Meet the production quality and target

• Feedback any discrepancy found during production process to production leader and supervisor

• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and safety rules and regulations

• Implement 5S and good housekeeping in the production area

• Performs other tasks assigned by his superior to achieve department objective

Requirements:

At least primary school level

Experience is not necessary, Training will be provided

1) Daily reporting to production supervisor for work schedule

2) Operates injection-molding machine.

3) Product quantity and quality checking

4) Degate and deflash injected molded parts.

5) Prepare carton boxes, layer pads, plastic trays needed in production

6) Packed the molded plastic parts in accordance with the required specification and labeled it.

• Direction and supervision of the operational development functions of the plant including Quality, Production, Assembly, Production Engineering, Equipment Maintenance and Facilities.
• Responsible for overall manufacturing effort to ensure the timely production of production equipment and prescribed efficiency levels within the overall policies and procedures of the company.
• Review and manage forecast capacity planning, organize and allocate resources to meet delivery requirements.
• Responsible for overall cost controls including Labor & Material Variance; Cap-Ex, Budget plan versus actual.
• Responsible for overall human resources including hiring, transfer, training, performance management and talent identification and development, promote team spirit and high moral organization.

Job Requirement

• 5 years experience in manufacturing firm preferable plastic molding
• Knowledge of injection molding and volume production of plastic products; proven experience of quality, process and lean improvement methods; possess strong problem solving and continuous business improvement skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and motivational skills
• Degree or Diploma holder in Engineering

Job Responsibilities

· Overall manage building maintenance, premises, facilities, environmental and health safety in manufacturing plant.

· Manager, supervise & check on the quality of work delivered by facility technicians and contractors for cleaning, security, pest control, maintenance and others.

· Ensure maintenance, repair, servicing and installation works are carried out satisfactorily and adequately in accordance with contract agreements, SOP and various permits.

· Plan, schedule and liaise with respective head of department for maintenance activities in the department areas to avoid downtime.

· Prepare budget planning of the building, management reports, contracts review and vendor performance evaluation.

· Conduct regular facility and safety inspection then follow up with closure of observations.

· Work closely with Safety Officer and Fire Safety Manager to ensure the compliance to SCDF and MOM regulatory regulations.

· Coordinate with all operating entities to ensure EHS policies and procedures are compliance with all applicable laws, regulations

· Liaise with all relevant authorities on the building, apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates. Manage and maintain proper records, files, correspondence and documents.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility & safety management and hands-on experience in manufacturing facilities

Job Description

· Responsible for managing the daily production activities

· Monitoring and review existing procedure / processes to improve efficiency as per quality plan.

· Execute and monitor the production activities with respect to yield and productivity.

· Analyse the progress and productivity error and initiate necessary corrective / preventive action measures.

· Process design for molding process.

· Verify production reports generate ides for improvements in yield and reject reduction.

· To initiate cost control plan and enforce them at production.

· Ensure safety guidelines are followed.

· Establishing controls for the identified significant environment aspects for his/her function team according to procedures and instructions.

· Ensure obtaining quality management system such as ISO9001 at all time.
