Job Responsibilities
· Overall manage building maintenance, premises, facilities, environmental and health safety in manufacturing plant.
· Manager, supervise & check on the quality of work delivered by facility technicians and contractors for cleaning, security, pest control, maintenance and others.
· Ensure maintenance, repair, servicing and installation works are carried out satisfactorily and adequately in accordance with contract agreements, SOP and various permits.
· Plan, schedule and liaise with respective head of department for maintenance activities in the department areas to avoid downtime.
· Prepare budget planning of the building, management reports, contracts review and vendor performance evaluation.
· Conduct regular facility and safety inspection then follow up with closure of observations.
· Work closely with Safety Officer and Fire Safety Manager to ensure the compliance to SCDF and MOM regulatory regulations.
· Coordinate with all operating entities to ensure EHS policies and procedures are compliance with all applicable laws, regulations
· Liaise with all relevant authorities on the building, apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates. Manage and maintain proper records, files, correspondence and documents.
Job Requirement
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility & safety management and hands-on experience in manufacturing facilities

• Knowledge and practice in Sustainability, ESG Knowledge, preferred
