We are recruiting for a Room Leader for a quality early years settings in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
This role is a permanent full-time position working between 30 and 40 hours (3 - 5 full days).
The role is to be based in either the baby or toddler room, so experience with either of these age groups is essential

What you need for the Room Leader role in Daventry, Northamptonshire:
- Level 3 in Childcare
- worked within the baby room or pre-school
- Sound knowledge of EYFS
- have some senior level experience
- Organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive individual that loves working as a team
- Experience of working with children
- Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities of the Room Leader in Daventry, Northamptonshire include:
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
- Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
- Lunch/snacks duty
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Effectively supporting team members
