Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting firm
• Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist manager with administrative and accounting tasks
• Keep good records of the documentation
• Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statement, invoice issued etc.)
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.

• Competent with MS Office, Excel,
• Need to be meticulous
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese in order to communciate with Chinese speaking clients
• Administrative/ Accounting experience is an advantage and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Description

Able to manage partial, full set accounts

Prepare and filing of GST, Payroll, CPF, etc

General administration (Docuemtns checking, filing, etc.)

Assist on staff claims

Communiate with clients for vaiorus

Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by the Manager

Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion and separation

Other general affairs, etc.

Job Requirements:

Conversant with MS office applications.

Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Good team player with positive attitude.

High level of accuracy and efficiency.

Good interpersonal & strong customer service communications skills.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
