Monday – Friday, 5-day work week
Office location: 47 Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619491 (Company transport provided - Yishun/Sembawang/Admiralty/Bukit Panjang/Bukit Gombak/Lakeside MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax filing and related matters
- Administer employee benefits and insurance claims
- Recruitment and placement
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Administer performance management system
- Submission of Government-paid leave claims
- Submission of manpower related surveys
- Coordinate training programs
- Manage office services administration
- Handle employee queries on HR related matters
- Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Working knowledge of Employment law and HRIQ software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
