We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager in joining our company to develop and manage exciting solutions for Solar PV Power. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving Solar PV Power growth for our business.
Responsibilities
· Data and information collection for potential markets, perform research and feasibility study
· Plan and develop suitable business strategy to meet the growth of the company
· Identify and generate new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals
· Support sales process, provide useful product knowledge to the team
· Prepare and present business case and investment recommendation analysis
· Identify potential risks and resolve conflicts and issues
· Involve in contracts negotiation, support and provide timely and accurate information for decision making
· Report and escalate issues to Management team in a timely manner
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
· Ideally 8 years (minimum 5 years) of relevant experiences
· Good knowledge and experience in new energy sector, Solar PV Power and PPA contracts
· An independently motivated, resourceful and a good problem solver
· Able to manage/support multiple projects at different stages
· A hands-on person, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
· Excellent presentation skills in front of all levels of management/customer/supplier
· Experience in Project/Product Management role would be an advantage
· Fluent in English for professional business communication.
· Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other south east Asian languages is a plus
· Willingness to travel when necessary
