BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative. In this role, your key responsibility will be to support a set of MDC vendors within the Arrow portfolio, in growing their revenue within the Irish market.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- You will be supporting the vendor sales team in account management and lead generation activities.
- Working with Arrow marketing team to design and execute business plans.
- Maximizing opportunities with existing partners and net new accounts.
- Calling out to target customers to introduce the Arrow ECS Value proposition.
- Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Some inside sales duties, requesting quotes/ensuring orders are processed in a timely fashion.
- Own the relationship and be the key point of contact for a dedicated list of accounts.
- Engage in regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with accounts.
- Own a revenue and NGP target for aligned vendors but work with your peers to identify and close cross sell and co-sell opportunities.
What are we looking for?
- Desirable is at least two years’ previous sales experience, within a similar environment and/ or knowledge or experience of the IT security sector.
- Computer skills – particularly Word, Excel, use of email etc.
- Product knowledge is not necessary as training will be provided.
- Fluency in English.
