Job Description

• Generate sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, quotations, etc.
• Prepare and assist salesman to submit tender and sales quotation
• Assist in order processing and delivery coordination
• Attend to all incoming phone calls and handle customers’ enquiries
• Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and liaise between other departments on sales order for delivery
• Submit quotations to customers and follow up for possible sales
• Service existing customers and ensure that customers’ orders and requirements are fulfilled
• Collect information on customers’ present and future consumption needs and assist in preparing sales forecasts
• Handle feedback from customer and resolve complaints
• Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration
• Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time

Requirements

• Min O’ Level
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas
• Working hours from 8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
• Relevant experience in similar role preferred but not a must as training on job will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently under fast paced environment
• Able to work in a team and be customer oriented
• Strong work commitment with positive attitude

Job description

-Perform checks on incoming and outgoing shipments

-Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods

-Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods

-Complete delivery process to client designated premises

-Check equipment or vehicle condition before use and alert any maintenance requirement

-Handle paperwork relating to a sales/purchase/delivery order

-File and keep good records of activities performed where necessary

-Store and organise warehouse items, equipment and stocks in proper manner

-Assist in inventory checks as required

Job requirement

-Able to converse in simple english and mandarin

-Able to handle heavy load of goods

-Valid Class 3 driving license with good driving record

-Forklift license preferred

-Working hours: Monday-Friday 8.00 - 530pm/ Location: Tuas

• To assist and collate purchase orders / purchase requisitions.
• To assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers.
• To liaise with shipping agents
• To assist in co-ordination with the team on product information, price availability, documentation requirements and delivery schedule.
• To support in purchasing daily routines.
• To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.
• Ensure compliance to ISO standard operating procedures
• Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time
