- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels while adapting to platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Design visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and visual content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and animation techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Organize and manage design assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring easy accessibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a brand designer or similar role, preferably in a social media context.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Creativity and innovation in content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Part-Time: This role is part-time, requiring 4-8 hours of work per day, Monday - Thursday.

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media content, including video ads, promotional clips, and animated infographics.
- Create visually appealing graphic design assets such as banners, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and visual content strategies.
- Manage and execute animation projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring they meet the agency's standards and client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and animation techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Ensure all graphic and animation content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Organize and manage design assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring easy accessibility.
