Create Test Equipment: expertise in design, construct, and commission test equipment ensuring products meet the highest standards.
Investigate and Innovate: tackle challenges by thoroughly investigating solutions, analyse ideas, and proposing effective solutions. Your curiosity and analytical skills will drive continuous improvement to projects.
Maintain and Repair Equipment: Ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency by fixing and maintaining existing machines, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.

Requirements

Seeking Site Managers to join their dynamic construction team. Reporting to the Site Construction Superintendent, responsible for Site Management, managing Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, work schedules and local engagement of resources on the construction site.
The role is a full time, permanent position based out of Adelaide or QLD. FIFO travel required working on a rotating site roster. Temporarily assigned to a Major Project working closely with a Project Manager to provide Site Management. Typical construction works include earthworks, concrete, storm water, earthing, underground conduits, structural steel and transportable building erection. Installation of mechanical, piping, electrical and control equipment.
Responsibilities:

Coordination with client representative onsite to ensure clients operations are not affected
Engagement of suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in the preparation and review of safe work method statements and JSEA's for work activities.
Carry out incident investigations, complete incident reports and corrective actions are implemented.
Planning and organising different working activities on site.
Oversee all works on site, direct employees and contractors.
Preparation, overseeing the issuing and monitoring of all work permits on site.
Safety on site of visitors, contractors and employees, Implementing inductions, safety, environment, quality plans.
Carry out site audits against the site Safety, Quality and Environmental management plans
Monitor side conditions including weather, physical conditions, workflow, work allocation, heat and UV issues that may affect personnel on site.
Ensure the plant is constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Completion of daily diary reports and photo log via the 'Volt'. Safety statistics and reports submitted.
All site expenditure managed in line with the company Limits of Authority procedure.
Verify that personnel working onsite are appropriately trained to undertake the tasks
Fulfil the role of Operator and Site Safety Manager as required by the Petroleum and Gas Act 2004

Previous experience in similar role or position
Leadership skills to managed a site team and whilst creating a good culture
Trade background civil or mechanical ( gas, coal or energy industries)
Construction white card
Working at heights
Telehandler/ forklift licence
Knowledge and understanding of workplace Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality practices
Handle multiple tasks and demands, the ability to be calm and controlled under pressure
Supervisors licence in Victoria (S123)
Computer Literate: Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is a full time, permanent position based out of Adelaide or QLD. FIFO travel required working on ideally a 2:1 site roster.
Responsibilities:

Professional approach and conduct when liaising with clients and customers
Meet company standards in quality, work health, safety, environment and where possible meet those required standards in their immediate work areas.
Ensure Quality pack of ITP's and ITR's for all Installation works being undertaken by the Contractor or the company - in parallel signing off on the ITP's and ITR's as required being the company's representative. Ensuring all QA is up to date at all times
Plan the works to ensure installation is completed efficiently - to ensure no hold ups/ lack of materials/ equipment on site to carry out the works.
Drawings, ensuring the contractors and the company are working to the latest revision drawings.
Ensure work is being carried out within the Safety Management plans guidelines at all times
Reviewing programme of works, report back to Project team any potential delays to programme with enough time to mitigate any risk of loss time.
Flexibility at times to support the team, on other jobs not aligned to Mechanical Installation.
Contribute to Tool box talks, Pre-start and on some occasions facilitate Pre-starts for the construction team.

Requirements:

Mechanical trades or pipe fitter background
A technical qualification along with management training
Experience working on construction sites
Knowledge and understanding of effective Workplace Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality practices
Able to handle multiple tasks, demands, the ability to be calm and controlled under pressure
Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
Good communication skills.

Due to a strong pipeline of projects Clarke Energy is seeking an Electrical Design Draftsperson to join their dynamic engineering team, for the implementation of projects within the EPC business unit. Reporting to the Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation of design plans, detailed drawings and provide electrical document support to the electrical project team. Key duties

Preparation of design plans, drawings, layouts, material lists, job files, and documentation associated with projects, tenders or technical support.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings for electrical systems, single lines, control schematics, cable schedules, block diagrams, system architecture and termination diagrams.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors at design stage.
Provide electrical design support to electrical supervisor for installation.
Procurement of bill of material items for construction.
Control and maintain drawing files and maintain accurate drawing register.
Telephone enquiries from subcontractors carrying out electrical and control works for CEA.

A great opportunity to join the Distribution Engineering team in Perth and help develop their growing team. The Distribution Design Engineer, will manage overhead and underground distribution design projects. A strong technical background to drive engineering solutions whilst developing and gaining exposure to complex and cutting-edge technologies in a business focused on power and energy.
Key elements of the role:

33kV to 240/415V (HV & LV) network investigation, analysis, and scoping
Overhead power line design & modelling
Design of Asset relocations, reinforcement, and upgrades
Street lighting design, AutoCAD and MicroStation Drafting
Underground power networks design (including subdivisions)
Technical feasibility assessments, technical compliance audits, quality assurance
checks, and detailed design tasks.
Coordinate/schedule of works within electrical, drafting & design team, ensuring
delivery milestone is achieved.
Liaise with key stakeholders including clients and utilities.
Support and mentor junior employees.

The suitable candidate will possess the following:

Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Power
Minimum 1+ years engineering experience in consultancy power utility environment (applicants with senior experience will be offered packages according to their skill level)
AS7000 Overhead Line Design Experience highly regarded
Strong first principle understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
Demonstrated experience in distribution design for overhead and underground networks
Excellent understanding of Power and Water technical standards
NER Qualification (desirable)
Detailed knowledge of Australian Standards including AS3000 & AS2067
Knowledge and skills in the use of the required computer systems and applications
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organisational and work ethic skills
Current WA Driver's Licence
