Overall Purpose of the Job
To assist in finance, HR and administrative functions.
Key Accountabilities
• To consolidate and collate data from SAP system to prepare monthly financial
report and report actionable items
• To process payroll, reimbursement and execute HR benefits such leaves,
insurance etc.
• To be a stand-by for all support functions like IT, Customer Service and
Regulatory compliance
• To act as a personal assistant to management
Qualifications, Experience
• Candidates with minimum diploma in Accounting and proficient in written
communication with at least 3 years or more of managing full office
administration independently
