Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
Execute marketing and promotional strategies to meet profitability targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required
Requirements:
With 1 year of experience in retail sales (product training will be provided).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Shows a keen interest in hardware and lighting products.
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Days: 5.5 days
