The primary purpose of this position is: To serve at an Air or Space Force installation. Major responsibilities include completion of administrative functions, budget execution, and implementation of primary prevention education and training for the total base population. Also works collaboratively with installation Integrated Resilience Office (IRO) partners to coordinate and integrate prevention activities to effectively prevent negative outcomes associated with sexual assault and harassment, family violence (incl. intimate partner violence and child abuse and neglect), workplace violence (incl. harassment, bullying and hazing), suicide, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention, hereafter referred to as self-directed harm and prohibited abusive or harmful acts.
DUTY 1: Ensures primary prevention education and skill building of two or more behaviors is implemented as designed, monitored for fidelity, and evaluated in accordance with DoD and DAF guidance.
DUTY 2: Supports the Installation Community Action Team (CAT) in executing established initiatives.
DUTY 3: Ensures program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and directives associated with mandated administrative support programs.

Assist the Director in the School Age Program and Youth Program with a variety of clerical, administrative and cash handling duties which may include but not limited to the following: Performs a variety of general office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, types correspondence, reports and other material from rough draft, clean or copy, including statistical and financial data, routing and filing correspondence, and responsible for maintaining files IAW applicable guidance. 6. In the absence of the Cook, may perform a variety of cooking tasks with direct supervision and direction. Follows posted USDA approved menus. If changes are necessary, notifies supervisor prior to making the change. Follows standardized recipes in preparing meals for the CDC.

7. Ensures compliance with standards as set by the USDA Food Program, base Public Health, and Safety and meets all DoD standards for Food Health & Safety.

8. Incumbent is responsible for independently completing work as scheduled after initial oral or written instructions when changes or new assignments are made. Supervisor periodically checks to see that work is done on time and according to instructions.
