About you:

Responsibilities

Management of job email alerts and CRM campaigns to drive growth in important business outcomes.

Grow our database of engaged Jobseekers.

Full stack ownership of our email marketing / CRM tools and tech stack, negotiate deals and research/make recommendations for improvements.

Maintenance, monitoring and improvement of sender/domain reputation and campaign delivery performance.

Reporting on performance across many cohorts, countries, email types and journeys and extensive evaluation of complex data sets to yield powerful insights.

Profile

You have 5+ years Email Marketing experience and at least 3 working on a business with technical complexity, whether in-house or at an agency where this represents a primary hands-on client.

You can demonstrate a track record of impact and growth.

You have held governance responsibility for CRM reputation and deliverability.

Experience with automation, personalisation and single-user view methodology.

You are comfortable working in the details of email technology, working across multiple markets, email types, audiences and working to a range of different objectives.

International (and US) experience is a bonus.

The role:

We’re looking for a superstar International Marketing Manager to join our team at Adzuna! This is a brand new role where you’ll have the freedom to make a real impact.

You’ll be managing our traffic partner network across 15 different markets, working closely with our marketing and international teams. It’s a fast-paced job where you’ll be juggling lots of balls, from understanding local customs to boosting job applications for our clients. You’ll also get to work with our product and operations teams to make things even better.

-Manage traffic acquisition to support operations in hitting our customer campaign targets.

-Act as the bridge between our International team and central functional Marketing experts in paid Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and B2B, briefing in requirements, and executing campaigns yourself.
-Extensive evaluation of data sets to yield powerful insights to prioritise marketing efforts across regions or individual markets.
-Work with the Regional managers to develop product enhancement ideas.
-Support marketing reporting to aggregate key data across International markets, or isolate key country-specific metrics for tracking where appropriate.

Experience

-You have 3-4+ years of digital marketing experience and at least 2 working in a role where you built partnerships and external relations
-You have managed a large volume of accounts, traffic partners or affiliates and are familiar with CPC, CPA, and conversion tracking methodologies.
-You are comfortable working in a tech product business and overcoming fresh challenges that are unique to the organisation, using first principles
International experience is a bonus.
