Job Scope & Core Responsibilities:
To plan, execute, and finalize jobs for the company, according to strict deadlines and within budget.
To coordinate project team’s efforts within available resources to ensure quality delivery of projects according to plan for the customers.
Assist Senior Manger to scope each work/installation project in terms of project size, budget/cost to set project timeline, manpower and resource requirements and other agreed project deliverables
Determine, allocate, and maximize available resources through project planning to ensure the achievement of project management objectives and profitability
Manage project budget and project P&L responsibility for the projects he is assigned with
Work out change or variance orders for discussion with and advice from Senior Manager when clients require unplanned changes to projects
Prepare and manage project installation plan, work schedules, prepare and implement job procedures
Maintain construction schedules and coordinate task-scheduling
Maintains all records of job status, job changes and material flow
Resolve project problems within guidelines set by Active Fire management ensuring budget is not exceeded
Supervise projects team workload to ensure quality results are delivered on time and within budget
Implement remedial actions as directed by Senior Manager when project issues surface during trouble-shooting process
