The Opportunity
We have a newly created opportunity available for a Head of Wellbeing to lead a team of allied health professionals driving our wellbeing programs across the AIA Enterprise. You will lead the delivery of the AIA Embrace Ecosystem to support customers whether they are well, unwell or recovering. Your leadership will deliver best in class Wellbeing that creates Shared Value impact.
To do this optimally you will:
- Strategically lead across the AIA enterprise, embedding wellbeing services including rehabilitation to achieve shared value outcomes for AIA, society, partners and customers
- Deliver an outstanding overall Wellbeing service including rehabilitation
- Act as a passionate and active advocate for customer wellbeing across the AIA wellbeing ecosystem
- Lead, engage, mentor and provide technical support to Wellbeing Managers to ensure the team achieves operational excellence, customer impact and high customer satisfaction
- Mentor and engage the team, so they can foster learning and development opportunities for their broader team and facilitate an innovative and engaged team culture
- Ensure quality and timeliness of rehab services ensuring these services are carried out within AIA Rehabilitation’s Best Practice Framework
- Support Wellbeing Managers with any cases requiring liaison with the Customer Complaints Team, Legal or Reinsurers
- In collaboration with Shared Value Wellbeing leadership team, provide thought Leadership for the business and industry
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Background and experience in a clinical area such as but not limited to Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Medicine, Exercise Physiology
- Experience with developing and implementing digital health solutions is highly desirable
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation or Claims Management environment within the life insurance or reinsurance industry
- Experience and understanding of public health and health insurance Being able to lead, influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
- The ability to develop and implement strategic direction in line with AIA’s Best Practice Rehabilitation Framework
- Track record developing and implementing wellbeing services with demonstrated impact for customers
- Awareness of risk landscape with life insurance sector
- Have a proven track record at managing change effectively
