The Opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity for a Key Account Associate to join the growth of our AIA Financial Wellbeing practice.  Within this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with our broker network to ensure delivery of agreed AIA Financial Wellbeing sales. This will include excellent service to our partners, brokers and their support staff within a framework of good corporate governance. This opportunity can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

• Contribute to AIA Financial Wellbeing growth ambitions by meeting predetermined sales targets

• Collaboration and support of cross-functional teams across AIA FW and the broader business

Within this role you will partner with a dedicated HRBP to support an aligned client group within the business. There is opportunity for the successful incumbent to have exposure to Employee relations work so an interest or qualification in this area would be highly regarded.

• Provide end to end HR services including Tier 1 support, case management (including performance management) and coach People Leaders on employee matters.
• Coordinate workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes
• Provide employee centric services in alignment with the  People & Culture Service Delivery Model; assessing and handling query volumes, response times and performance to SLA’s

We are currently sourcing a Senior Manager, General Advice Delivery to join our Financial Wellbeing team at AIA in Melbourne.
