What You Will Achieve

The MAP Mod1 Technician role is responsible for supporting the production of injectable drug products in the Modular Aseptic Processing (MAP) Mod 1 facility in the filling, freeze dry and capping unit.  Although Techs may specialize in one specific area (i.e., filling, freeze dry, capping), they will be required to cross train and perform work in other processing steps run in that area.  Work is performed in strict compliance with manufacturing standards (SOPs) and following all regulatory requirements (i.e., GMPs & OSHA).  This job includes the following functions:

• Setting up and changing over the equipment per approved procedures

• Performing unit operations in the production area with a variety of different equipment types.

• Washing, sanitizing and cleaning facilities and equipment

• Handling, Charging and packaging materials

• Monitoring process parameters and batch end reports for quality or equipment concerns 

• Utilizing computer skills to interact with multiple complex PLC and SCADA systems 

• Collaborating with maintenance and engineers to troubleshoot equipment and perform TPM tasks 

• Supporting development and execution of capital projects, corrective actions, and continuous improvement ideas 

• Demonstrating growth mindset to share best practices & utilize downtime effectively

• Working safely and compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation

• Achieving and maintaining appropriate certification to work within graded spaces

• Completing and maintaining all required training on time 

• Demonstrating ownership and accountability of the production schedule and product quality 

• Executing in-process quality inspections 

• Developing and contributing to IMEx activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must -Have

• High school diploma / general education degree (GED) plus 

•  2 years as an Operations Technician Assistant, OR 4 years of relevant GMP experience in a classified environment (e.g. freeze dry, mfg, prep, or similar)

Nice - to have

• Mechanical experience/aptitude

• Experience handling biologic substances, APIs, or drug products.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• lifting/lowering up to 55 pounds, working in high elevations (above 6 feet), and reaching/standing/walking/stooping/crawling.
• Able to wear safety PPE (Hard hat, body harness, face shield)
• Able to work under clean room (GRADE C/D) environments with appropriate gowning

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Our MAP operations will start on a 8 hour shift schedule. We anticipate to run our operations on 1st with some overtime. We will reassess our schedule (8 vs 12 hrs) in about 18-24 months based on business needs and prior to running 24/7.

What You Will Achieve

• This role will be the primary point of contact for US Market Transport (MT) compliance with EHS/ESG and GSC Global Sustainability requirements.

• This role will support and grow the MT Sustainability capability through industry benchmarking, tracking/visibility using IMEx processes and tools, and provide project management for MT projects.

• This role supports daily operations and is the primary contact for Logistic Center and Customer Service stakeholders.

• This role also directly supports the other MT capabilities (Enablement, Systems, Compliance, Freight Audit and Pay).

How You Will Achieve It

Market Transport Sustainability primary point of contact:

• Lead the MT Sustainability capability and work directly with EHS/ESG and GSC Global Sustainability colleagues to ensure compliant CO2e reporting.

• Accountability for supporting CO2e reduction projects through project management and thought leadership.

• Work directly with transportation suppliers to identify CO2e reduction pilots and develop the business case for LT consideration.

• Incorporate CO2e reduction methodologies into MT business practices and processes.

Support and grow the Market Transport Sustainability capability:

• Develop standard work process flows and controls for the MT Sustainability capability.

• IMEX compliance: ensure all MT Sustainability projects are effectively managed in DOC/CI Loop.

• Participate in internal and external benchmarking and thought leadership forums.

• Lead or co-lead proper change management for the implementation of sustainable MT solutions.

Operations Support:

• Act a primary contact for issue mitigation for Logistic Centers and the three customer service groups.

Support other capabilities within Market Transport

• US import operations and expense tracking.

• Support carrier qualification process as needed.

• Support transport data management solutions (TMS/SAP/Freight Audit and Pay).

• MT Quality and Compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration, engineering, Supply Chain or corresponding experience.

• 5+ years transportation, engineering, customer service, supply chain or logistics experience.

• Experience with Sustainability concepts and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills and very proficient in MS Office Suite programs and database mining.

• Strong inter-personal skills. 

• Comfortable managing supplier relationships, working in cross-functional teams, and presenting ideas and concepts to senior management.

• Experience with Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Supply chain and ERP Systems.

• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and data analysis are required.

ROLE SUMMARY

Difference between Sr MSS and MSS role is that the Sr MSS will be required to lead many activities/projects/training as well as proactively developing and implementing the CI vision and process for automation systems.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position will be focused on floor activities and be fully trained to operate and improve the equipment on a daily basis.
• SME for all computer-based systems/programs used in Digital Plant Operations, i.e. SCADA, SAP, AMPS, STAR, F-batch, etc.
• Position will coordinate with both Operations Excellence (CI) and automation personnel, including automation master planning.
• Maintains Automation procedures and standard operating procedures and system support.
• Provides automation expertise and operational support.
• Manage change control authoring and execution.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects, develop plans for own projects and lead project teams.
• Analyze operational process problems and recommend appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

ROLE SUMMARY

Manager in Pfizer’s Legal Division Corporate Governance group (reporting to the VP and Assistant General Counsel), with a wide range of responsibility, including key roles in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing, annual and quarterly reporting, earnings and proxy statement documents and processes.  Manager will also be responsible for managing and preparing FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) submissions, supporting Treasury transactions, managing certification processes, independently managing a number of Corporate Governance matters and acting as a trusted partner to the Corporate Governance team and broader Legal Division on a wide range of other matters.  Candidates for the role should have extensive Corporate Governance knowledge and experience and ability to work with senior management, as well as excellent communication and project management skills, ability to handle highly confidential information and work well both independently and on a team. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Form 10-K process.

• Responsible for public company filings and compliance, including key components of the SEC filing, annual and quarterly reporting, earnings and proxy statement processes and working directly with the Controllers team on a variety of matters.  Role includes assisting in preparing and reviewing annual, quarterly and other securities filings with the SEC (including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statement filings), as well as certain ex-U.S. filings and other reports.

• Responsible for Section 16 filings and Section 13 filings.

• Responsible for review of a variety of materials in connection with the Company’s quarterly earnings process and certain other investor events.

• Assist in responding to inquiries received from FINRA, including managing and preparing submissions to FINRA and communicating with respondents across the Company.

• Manage due diligence and other matters associated with Treasury transactions.

• Manage quarterly certification and disclosure committee processes, including drafting and distribution of materials.
