We are looking for an Active Directory Operations Engineer with strong working knowledge of AD sites, Replication topology, GPO’s, DNS, WINS & ADFS. Capable of independently managing and perform engineering lead role for large enterprise scale Active Directory and Identity Management projects. Analyze current Active Directory environment to identify technical and operational challenges and develop solutions for improvement.

EMEA Custody Product Manager - VP

State Street’s Global Product organisation is leading an exciting period of transformation for the business  and is recruiting for an EMEA Custody Product Manager to join the team and help take the business forward.

Function

As a Custody Product Manager, you are responsible for the Global Custody and Direct Custody Products in region working with all client segments including Asset Owners, Asset Managers, Insurance, and Official Institutions. You will maintain and evolve the product definition, engage with clients, and lead client solutioning and product enhancement efforts. You will contribute to the execution of the Custody strategy, and commercial growth and business development efforts. The role requires deep domain expertise of Global Custody with a focus on the EMEA region, and collaboration with internal stakeholders across Global Delivery, Sales, Client Management and Technology. The role reports to the Head of EMEA Custody Product Management.

The Custody Product Manager will have responsibility for:

• Working closely with the Head of EMEA Custody Product Management Head to develop and execute the custody product strategy including ongoing priorities and annual investment decisions .

• Documenting the product definition and standards for Global Custody products and identifying areas of improvement in the core products: working with the Global Delivery teams to manage operating costs, drive process improvements and improve cost to serve.

• Provide domain expertise in the day to day running of the business .

• Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer organisation (sales) to drive revenue through direct client engagement, pitches and providing commercial propositions for new custody deals and rebids.

• Participate in industry groups across the region to drive market leadership and change.

Skills

• Subject matter expertise of the Custody family of products; Global Custody, Direct Custody and associated FX and Cash products.

• Track record of engagement with complex clients, solutioning operating models and translating requirements into feature function capability for State Street platforms.

Head of Liquidity & Investment Product Solutions,  EMEA

The Custody, Liquidity and Depositary Services Product organisation is recruiting for an EMEA head of Liquidity & Cash Product Management to implement product management disciplines for the business including P&L, price and rate management. State Street’s product organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transformation for the business and requires experienced leaders in product management to develop the business.

Function

As head of Liquidity & Investment Product Management you will establish detailed techniques for managing NII & Deposit targets, pricing strategy for on balance sheet products, P&L and Deposit forecasting to target, risk management techniques for assessing interest rate sensitivities and managing the liquidity risk framework for the Investment Services business. State Street provides liquidity services to the world’s leading institutional investors with over $200bn in deposits. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm including CCO, CIO, CPO, Treasury and Finance teams. You will lead a geographically diverse team of product managers, subject matter experts and analysts. The role reports to the global Head of Liquidity and Investment Product Management.

Responsibilities

The Liquidity & Cash Management Product head will have responsibility for the following

• Attaining deposit and NII targets for the Investment Services business

• Setting annual budgets at a portfolio, regional and client level working with closely with Treasury and Coverage

• Work with Treasury on implications of funds transfer policy for the investment services business

• Tracking interest rate conditions to set pricing and generate analytics to provide insights on beta, payouts and client sensitivities to those rate conditions

• Set product definition for all on balance sheet products

• Work with the CIO and Global Markets to determine on balance sheet currency strategy to maximise returns to the firm

• Manage the control framework for on balance sheet products providing transparency and insights on rate setting and accuracy

• Design a strategy for the management of intraday risk working closely with the Credit Risk Organisation and Operations

• Work with the Liquidity Solutions team prepare client materials and facilitate the profitable growth of the deposit book

• Understand commercial risks of the business and partner with second and third line of defence covering, credit, legal, audit, compliance and business control.

• Provide competitive position for the product, benchmarking capabilities

• Partner with Product Development to set the roadmap for the product and provide senior sponsorship to change initiatives including the development of new liquidity products

Skills/Job Requirements

• Seasoned MD with 10+ years experience in Securities Services, Treasury or Markets trading

Global Custody Product Development Data Analyst - AVP

The Product organization is recruiting a data analyst supporting the Data Management lead  globally.

The individual will partner with the Product team, Global Delivery (operations) and Technology to execute on the custody data strategy particularly focused on cloud native data platform, custody logical data model, data channels, and data insight progression of analysis, visualization and prediction, in alignment with Custody product’s strategic objective to strengthen State Street’s position in the Asset Servicing industry.  State Street’s product organisation is leading an exciting period of transformation for the business and requires experienced leaders to take the business forward.

The role will initiate and support the design and development of solutions closing identified data gaps in alignment with the strategy to build a data driven operating model.

Function

As an experienced data analyst you will work with the data practice lead to effectively execute on the overall strategic agenda described above. The role reports to the product development data management lead.

The role requires you to be proactively involved in the assessment of available market intelligence (trends, innovations, standards and tools) and stakeholder feedback (clients and coverage/product management) to support the evolution of the custody business data needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute on the strategy to build a data driven operating model partnering with technology, office of architecture, operations and enterprise data management covering:
  • Data governance and quality
  • Logical data modeling based on ISO20022 standards to be aligned with the custody operating model
  • Data channels – Lead design and support of SDLC as Product Owner supporting custody APIs and enhancements to client data reporting portals.  Alignment of ISO based logical data model to custody capabilities and data consumption marts supporting distribution channels.
  • Data insights - work with the huge quantity of raw data collected and develop relevant actionable insights
• Participate in iterative technology development

The Onboarding Operational Readiness manager will be required to manage governance and operational readiness up to implementation and post-conversion support phases of the client onboarding.

The primary purpose of this role will be managing, oversight and escalation for the project governance and operational readiness, including co-ordination of communications with third parties. The Alpha Operational Readiness Team partners with SSC workstream leads on in-scope tasks to ensure that the teams are operationally ready for the migration of new business onto the State Street platforms.
