• Responsible for surveillance, analysis, and improvement recommendations to organizational processes and procedures.

• Prepare transfer order for reclamation items according to regulations.

• Monitor Logistics Modernization Program for parts availability.
• Provides information to supervisor on status of projects.

• Answer workers' questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and work methods.
• Pass instructions received from the Supervisor to work force.
• Check the progress of work to ensure compliance with Supervisor's instructions.
• Provide status to Supervisor on progress of work.
• Determine work methods and trade techniques to repair, rebuild and/or modify transmissions, hydrostatic steering units, and components.

You will excel in communication and relationship-building, managing your own book of clients, processing renewals and mid-term adjustments, and delivering exceptional service.
