Based in the vibrant city of Sydney, you’ll be at the heart of our Pacific Aviation Practice, playing a pivotal role in providing top-tier aviation expertise to our diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
As a critical member of our team, you’ll be entrusted with managing a portfolio of large to medium corporate accounts, each brimming with unique aviation and aerospace risks. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will shine through as you navigate the complexities of this industry, ensuring our clients receive the utmost care and attention.

We will count on you to:
- Showcase your deep understanding of aviation and aerospace insurance, from aircraft hull and liability; premises, products and hangar keepers liability; airport owner's liability; aviation hull war; pilot's loss of license; aircraft dealer declaration; excess liability and excess war liability; loss of use; and UAV hull and liability
- Navigate aviation claims as you collaborate with loss adjusters, underwriters and claims personnel, ensuring a smooth claims process
- Develop unwavering relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring our aviation and aerospace program aligns seamlessly with their needs and expectations
- Embrace growth opportunities, displaying your readiness to take on additional responsibilities and make independent decisions that drive success
- Tackle complex challenges with finesse, leveraging your independent and collaborative approach to devise innovative solutions.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in aviation & aerospace insurance, with a profound knowledge of the policies listed above
- Tier 1 FSRA qualification
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse audiences and adapt your approach accordingly
- Active listening and comprehensive skills, enabling you to truly understand the nuances of our client’s needs
- Strong collaboration skills to foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
