Duties will be varied, every day is different and interesting as we have a constantly changing research portfolio. Your new role

You will liaise with study leads and sponsors for specific study protocols and procedures, creating databases for identification, tracking, recording and reporting of the patient pathway In collaboration with the research team leader, you will ensure that every study has a defined data management pathway You will assist research staff and clinicians to ensure protocols are accurately followed. You will be responsible for the recruitment of participants onto clinical trials via different routes within hospital and community settings You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of complex research projects, in line with agreed timescales and plans; working with the R&I Research Governance team to ensure that all appropriate approvals have been gained prior to research studies commencing. You will maintain effective communication between patients, carers, clinicians and manager to ensure safe service delivery. Your new role
You will be taking on a full-time Science role after the Summer holidays (Monday 2nd September), and will be required to teach all three sciences to both KS3 and KS4 pupils. Having a candidate with a specialism in chemistry or biology would be advantageous, although not essential. The role will require you to take on the planning and preparation required, along with being able to complete assessments for the pupils you teach. This role will be on a full-time basis. However, for the right candidate, four days would also be considered.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to hold QTS in the UK. Experience teaching all three science subjects is essential. Both fully qualified teachers and ECT's/NQT's are encouraged to apply.
