The UK Renal Registry is the part of the UKKA responsible for the collection, analysis, management and development of a high quality clinical renal database. They use data submitted from the 71 adult and 13 paediatric renal centres across the country to create the database. The information, in the form of data and reports, is a shared resource used to develop research into kidney disease to improve the quality of care for renal patients. Main duties 1. Work with key stakeholders, both internal UKKA colleagues and across the participating Kidney Centres (or the relevant assigned Centre), to build an early understanding of the relevant rare disease datasets held in the RaDaR registry and the C3G and IC-MPGN study. 2. Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders in each assigned Centre, liaising with key contacts to develop an agreed plan for relevant medical records (patients notes and electronic information) and biopsy reports to be accessed. 3. Work with the RaDaR senior data manager to conduct audits of the data, for relevant rare disease groups in each assigned Centre, to establish data gaps and inaccuracies. 4.
