What skills and experience we're looking for
We're looking for a Teacher of Science with a specialism in either Chemistry or Physics, and excellent subject knowledge to teach classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 from April 2025. At Benfield, our Science department is supportive and committed and we're looking for someone who can join our team and make a significant contribution to improving the learning experiences of our young people, whilst also raising attainment.
We're looking for someone who can inspire and influence and who:
• Has a successful track record that demonstrates high quality teaching and learning with positive learner outcomes.
• Has experience contributing to the design and delivery of the curriculum.
• Can make effective use of resources to design and teach effective lessons and activities.
