CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting an experienced project manager to join our NASA Consolidation Applications and Platforms (NCAPS) team. As a member of the NCAPS Team, you will support the men and women leading America’s space exploration.
The NCAPS Center Relationship Manager plays a key role by working with NASA Center leaders to ensure alignment of priorities to solutions as NASA transition solution delivery to an enterprise model. The selected candidate will work with CACI’s program leadership team and is responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving center identified issues and risks.
What you’ll get to do:
Work with NASA center leadership to drive customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
Develop and maintain customer relationship maps
Develop and maintain customer satisfaction plans and processes
Work with NASA center leadership to identify, track and manage center priorities, issues and requests
Work with center product owners and CACI’s delivery team to align priorities to product backlogs and in PI planning events
Assist in managing performance against SLA metrics and preparing/delivering center specific status reports and information
Work with Team CACI NCAPS leadership in strategic planning, understanding of NASA/Center processes and priorities, and participate in monthly program review meetings
You’ll bring these qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures
Proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships.
Prior experience successfully identifying, managing, and resolving customer satisfaction issues.

$86,800-$191,000
