About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Research Support Administrator to join The Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine.
This is a varied and interesting opportunity within a friendly and supportive team, working closely with the Associate Dean for Research and academic staff undertaking research. You will line manage a research administration team and co-ordinate the effective administrative support provided by the Faculty Research Office to the Faculty Management and Academic team, students, and key stakeholders.
You will have opportunities to seek out ways to improve processes to contribute towards research excellence.
It is anticipated that the start date will be September 2024.

About You
As Senior Research Support Administrator, you will have:
Experience of working in an administrative, organisational role, relating to HE and/or research support
Demonstrable experience of high-level planning, organising and prioritising work activities with the ability to lead projects and programmes of work
Excellent personal organisational and prioritisation skills, demonstrating the ability to provide high-level, complex notes as well as manage a number of activities in parallel with meeting deadlines and working proactively, particularly in relation to the tracking and monitoring of projects
