Job Description - Assist in creating and maintaining various L&D documents, reports, presentations ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain a well organised filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents through SharePoint
- Assist in the preparation of internal communications, such as: Course advertisements, L&D Newsletters
- Maintain and update L&D documents as required
- Perform general administrative duties, such as: printing, scanning and workshop document preparation for L&D
- Provide general administrative support to all of the L&D team, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
- Support L&D activities, including maintaining employee training records, processing paperwork, and coordinating L&D events including pre and post work requirements
- Be first line support for L&D enquiries processing and responding in a timely and responsible manner to internal and external queries
- Assist with L&D onboarding including coordinating induction activities for new managers, reporting on induction completion, maintaining employee records and ensuring feedback is requested and collated
- Support the L&D department in organising employee training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain and upkeep of our Learning Management System: including upkeep and creation of new courses, monitoring L&D event bookings and ensuring training records are accurate
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to enhance productivity working collaboratively with the L&D team to produce this

Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a L&D Administrator to support the smooth co-ordination of the thriving Learning & Development initiatives at BaxterStorey. As the L&D Administrator your responsibilities will range from providing administrative support to the L&D department coordinating L&D activities and managing communication channels.

Qualifications - Understanding of Microsoft office applications including SharePoint, Forms, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook etc.
