Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a dynamic collaborative Local Marketing Business Partner to join our marketing team in Alcester.

This role will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our go to market strategy working closely with central marketing as well as regional and local teams. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and strategic marketer who is passionate about shaping our local marketing and working in partnership with a large stakeholder network.

You will need the gravitas and influencing skills to work alongside senior managers within the organisation. A huge part of this role is going to working with branch managers located in over 150 locations across the UK on how they can drive local marketing campaigns & business development locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy - Take our holistic marketing strategy, and develop a branch marketing plan helping branches deliver customer objectives.
• Deployment - Work with branches on local marketing plans covering both attraction of customers & recruitment of carers, ensuring they are communicated & executed effectively.
• Training - Run inductions & marketing training with regional teams.
• Gap Analysis - Identify where branches are not getting enough business.
• Collaboration - Work with designers, videographers, photographers to produce brand assets to support your campaigns.
• Agility - Respond quickly to support requests & prioritise accordingly.
• Analytics - Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience of local branch or retail marketing.
3. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and deployment.
4. Exceptional creative and communication skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
6. Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.

The hours of work Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis (8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am to 5pm).

Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £52,760.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

About you

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Working within a well-established and highly reputable Main Dealer Group, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a Volume Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Duties as a Car Sales Executive will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service

Sales Support Executive -Full-time
Pay: From £30,000 - £35,000per year. Negotiable depending on experience level
