About the Role: Quality Assurance Business Partner
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Quality Assurance Business Partner to become a part of our high performing Quality & Consistency team. This is a unique opportunity to coordinate, support, and review the implementation of standard QA processes across our faculties.
As a pivotal point of contact for curriculum staff on quality-related matters, you will also undertake the role of Quality Nominee whilst liaising with our partner Awarding Organisations.

This role will support Cycling UK’s member communication including leading on planning and delivering CycleClips, our weekly
member email, and our thematic newsletters. Working closely with commercial colleagues, you will support marketing campaigns for
member acquisition, fundraising and promoting exciting products like our popular off-road routes. Using your digital marketing
expertise, you will play a supporting role on our behaviour change programmes to help identify and sign-up people to relevant
programmes.

Salary: £12,348 per annum or subject to provisions of National Minimum Wage (if applicable)
37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until completion of the Apprenticeship Framework, including QCF (previously known as NVQ) and Essential Skills.
The maximum duration for each QCF level is 66 weeks.
About you: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a Level 2 QCF qualification in Business Administration (training will be provided). Candidates must hold level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent). You will be exempt from applying for this role if you hold a qualification (Level 2 or above) in Business Administration.
