What will you be doing?

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have previous retail and/or customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

Accountabilities

• In conjunction with the Sr. Channel Manager and product stakeholders from a variety of functions, develops goals and key performance indicators for marketing campaigns for each product and/or service in individual portfolio. Executes marketing campaigns against established goals for engagement metrics, return on investment, and other metrics.
• Manages content for marketing campaigns using content created by vendors, internally developed content, or a combination. Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is part of our wider Sales Business, focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business. Day to Day

• Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
• Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
• Nurture early-stage opportunities
• Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
• Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
• Align with internal account team
• Identify key decision makers within new accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian and English languages as well as a valid working visa for Ireland, are required for this role
• Experience in business development, sales or related field experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done
• Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts
• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

About BOIPA, in Ireland EVO has a marketing alliance with Bank of Ireland and trades under the BOI Payment Acceptance brand.   We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, motivated and target driven sales peoples to join our expanding BOI Payments Acceptance Team currently based in Dun Laoghaire. This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager.  This role will earn a hybrid work opportunity and will soon have a new location in City Centre.

Responsibilities:
Delivery of all Company sales targets & KPI’s
Prospecting and generating new sales opportunities
Qualifying leads and referrals.
Self generating call plan
Maintain relationships with allocated Bank Branches
To achieve productivity and ensure key performance indicators are met.
Updating CRM with all information received from Customers.
Undertake specific tasks and projects as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
Excellent planning and organisational skills and a desire to develop in the role by engaging in training and accepting feedback and supervision from management.
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
Good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office, in-house databases, the Internet and able to analyse information. Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Have an Excellent Telephone Manner and very good Organisational Skills.
Be computer literate and have an ability to update data as it is received from customers over the phone on our clients system.
Friendly and professional telephone manner.
Confident, self-motivated, competitive and assertive.
Proven track record in an inside sales role exceeding targets with a minimum of 12 months experience is desirable
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
Pro-active, flexible and must be team player.

Competencies:
Accuracy and attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point)
