Job Description:
The Marketing Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as per business requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Marketing Campaigns:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Utilize various marketing channels such as digital advertising, email marketing, and social media to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
3. Client Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
4. Sales Negotiation:Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
Negotiate pricing and discounts to maximize sales while maintaining profitability targets.
5. Market Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies and enhance the effectiveness of promotional activities.
6. Sales Reporting:Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts based on business requirements.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate challenging situations with resilience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven track record of success in sales, with at least years of experience in a similar role.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software is add on.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as required by the business.
